Bianca Piccoli-Mako was born in Vitoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil. She received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in January of 2006 from the Faculdade de Direito de Vitoria and was admitted to practice law in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil in August of 2006. Bianca received her Certificate of Specialist in Labor and Employment Law in January of 2008 from the Escola Superior de Advocacia. She immigrated to the United States in February of 2013 and received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in May of 2014 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Bianca was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in March of 2015. After a few years of practicing law as a compliance attorney, in 2018 she began working for an immigration Law Office and fell in love with the practice of immigration law. Helping immigrants to be reunited with their families and acquired permanent residency in the United States has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of Bianca’s life. She has a vast experience with Humanitarian, Family, and Removal Proceedings cases, including, Asylum, Abused Spouse, Children & Parents (VAWA), Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ), UVisa, Cancellation of Removal, Waivers (Forms: I 601A; I-601; I-212); Family Petitions & Consular Processing, Adjustment of Status and more. Bianca is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and knows basic Spanish. Bianca was also admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in October of 2023.

She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York Bar Association. Bianca was also admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in October of 2023.
